Activity A

The Crystal Maze is a series of physical, mental and skill challenges. Teams navigate around Ireland's biggest hedge maze attempting challenges to win crystals. The team with the most crystals wins a beautiful crystal trophy.

Activity B - Mountain Hike

Carefully graded hill walk to the Giant's Grave on the summit of the Loughanleagh Mountain.

Activity C - Dun-a-Ri Orienteering Course

Orienteering Course in the magnificent Dun-a-Ri Forest Park. Teams use a map to navigate around the park locating features, solving questions and winning crystals.

Activity D - Horse Riding at Kells Equestrian School

Professional riding lesson in plastic chip Indoor Arena or Outdoor Sand Arena.

Activity E - Guided walking tour of the monastic town of Kells

Activity F - Loughcrew

Guided exploration of Megalithic passage graves at Loughcrew. Study artworks, alignments and legends.

Activity G - Newgrange

Guided tour of Newgrange Centre and Tomb, or Knowth.

Activity H - Guided Tour of the Seven Wonders of Fore.

At all sites, pupils are divided into teams to complete worksheets.

Activity I - Watersports on Whitewood Lake.
